Crusher Rebuild Program
The UCC Environmental Crusher Rebuild and Exchange Program is designed to save our customers money by extending the life of each crusher. UCC Environmental can rebuild worn-out clinker grinders at a fraction of the cost of a new replacement. Our goal is to restore the clinker grinder to its original operating condition and deliver a new, full warranty.
Product Rebuild Program
Our product rebuild program delivers maximum value without compromising performance or reliability. All UCC Environmental product rebuilds are built to original equipment specifications, incorporating the latest engineering improvements. Each part is broken down and thoroughly inspected. The results are captured in a detailed analysis, and a quote is provided to the Customer, which includes lead times and upgrade options. The part is then rebuilt and tested to ensure the expected quality and performance levels are met.
Retrofits
In many cases changing manufacturing processes drive the need for change. However, this does not always have to mean new equipment. UCC can handle smaller projects to retrofit or repurpose existing equipment. We use 3D modeling and work completely in 3D to ensure the final changes fit into the existing equipment without conflict.
Balance of Plant and Turnkey Execution
While most projects include only the design and supply of process equipment, UCC also has the capability to provide additional services. We can also provide balance of plant engineering services – interconnecting platforms, piping, electrical, etc. In many cases, UCC can take this even further and install the supplied equipment for a full turnkey project. With these additional capabilities, UCC is definitely a full service integrated solution provider for water and wastewater treatment.
