Modular Lime Dosing Slurry System
The HYDRACURE is a compact, modular, skid-mounted system that maximizes hydrated lime utilization and system uptime while minimizing operational upsets and maintenance associated with other systems. Its stand-alone design maintains a small footprint and allows for installation within your existing footprint and even in areas where headroom is restricted.
The HYDRACURE can be programmed for batch or continuous operation and fed from a storage silo or super sack for operational flexibility. Its storage capacity holds up to 800 gallons of lime slurry and is equipped with a single feed point out of the skid supported by redundant feed pumps. Multiple independent feed trains can also be provided for 100% redundancy or to independently feed slurry to different dosing locations within your process.
