Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) Boiler Fluidizing Nozzle – Block Style

UCC offers an upgraded, drop-in replacement block style fluidizing nozzle used inside fluidizing bed boiler systems. Using 3D modeling, 3D printed nozzles, extensive lab testing, and Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, UCC was able to optimize the internal geometry of the nozzle to minimize turbulence inside the nozzle to increase the service life of the nozzle while maintaining proper boiler operating conditions. The single piece, high temperature stainless steel nozzle is more robust than multi-piece or fabricated nozzles.
